Banned on playdota server

Hello.
I'm pretty new to forums and to bot games and I didn't find topic about being banned on private servers anywhere.

Anyways, I never leave a dota game and i never insult other players. Well okay maybe I called some1 a noob here and there but nothing special. Few times i got discoed and a message your conenction to battlenet was lost appeared. But if i noticed right, i shouldnt get banned for that.
Today after playing some dota games suddenly i couldnt join any playdota game anymore o.0

The reason why I'm posting this and not making another account which would take me like 2 minutes is because I really never leave, never insult, and i want to know is there a way to remove that ban?
