I play dota for 2 years, firstly i played o GGC, but then I started to play on B.net and now I play all the time on B.net3) Write, summarily, a text that could describe your past DotA experience. (when did you start playing, where have you been mostly playing since then etc)
My manners are pretty good, but if someone says me how to play DotA and talks about my play I freak out, but I can behave good4) Describe in a few words, honestly, what are your temper and manners like.

I got a replay from ODL, but if I read the rules corectly, it can't be from an Open DotA League8) Replay which satisfies all above-noted requirements or if you wish to apply for a test game. - (Keep in mind that if you decide to post a replay, it has to be from a private game, clan war, fun war, any inhouse league).
