Me and my friend were playing dota and talked in our language , he asked : what language it is , we say albanian language then he started to use the word : ,,siptar'' . . . in 2 games he used always that word . i took 1 ss form the 1st game he say the word siptar and i got the reply form the 2nd game ! pls ban this idiot , he wont stop with that , he thinks he is funny but no one say nothin and he still resume

What's the meaning of Siptar ?
It is an ethnic descriptions Albanians used for themselves. But if used by a different nation, it has a potentially racist meaning. It is generall negative denomination of Albanians, usually associated with some more negative descriptions
