A nickname, as the term per se suggests, is not a valid nor a unique descriptive item or status of a physical person, or of registered company/business.

It is however unique in a given environment, and generally speaking the rules applied (even in trademark registration process) is "first come, first get". You cannot come after someone has already correctly registered, claiming, without giving any proofs, that this registered nickname is "yours".

Let me tell you one more thing: I for one am not an internet hero, who will come to forums and make big threats to anyone he sees. But I take things like this seriously. If you wish to continue to threaten us with "economic police" - whatever that is - please understand that we will take adequate counteractions.
