well i have problem.....sometimes i cant cast my spell on hotkeys dunno why
this problem started this week...was fine before
is there any program that can change my hotkeys in game...after i see what hero i play(this is for dota)

try dotakeys .. or go control panel > keyboard and try to fix !!
if it don't work than change ur keyboard
