Nickname Registration

I have a BIG problem!
I wanted to play in SERVER, and I wanted to register my nick but....
SOMEONE IS ALREADY USING IT!
I don't want that someone using my nickname, because I'm using it till I was 10 (11 years already). So can you help me?
Do this server have some nick security system??? To help users using their own nick?

man there is equal registration system to all. If u are chuck norris or george bush and someone create nick chuck_norris/george_bush before you (which u want) its your bad luck and create another account.

Why don't you try put same nick but with/without this ! [ ] ( etc.I don't want now to write all triggers...
