Ip ban non-europeans

such as koreans, chinese, taiwanes = asians and south americans
such as brazilians killing the community with lagging games.
4/2 games at least end up with lagg so basically you spend half an hour
to get a good game.

They do this all over the official battlenet servers and blizz doesn't
seems to care about them. There we can't ban them out but on Eurobattle.net
it would be possible.

So obviously these ubernuttfags don't have much of a brain to come to our server
and most of them doesn't even speak english. Hell knows why are these worms here
probably cause it's free but now it's time to throw them the out.

Admins please ip ban all the non-european ranges.
