We all know how does it feel but Mods doesn't judge Public games, he can get banned only for bad manners since it's game on Ghost who does spoofcheck when you join game.

If you are sick of bad mannered hosts, go play on ODL(W3-DOTA), EDL or maybe SS. You can always play some nice games there.

That would be nice. I think that custom games would be much better after people get scared when you ban some hosts for bad manners/abuse.
