help with signature

hello, i know its not much related to w3 and eurobattle.net but i would like to know something, How can i turn photoshop files into those that are compatible for forum signatures, i tried googling but i failed...So, can u help me? btw i post here the signature to tell me ur opinion

Open your file in photoshop, click file > save as > select JPEG > select quality > press ok

Do not make your signature more then your post...
