average of ~230 you still think it is server side?
try in cmd tracert server.eurobattle.net and you will find point of brake.
My average is 15
As you can see, there is a point of break that has nothing to do with server. * means that you can not see nor ping it, but you can see ping after that point. So please stop blaming server.
How to solve it and how come 50% of Serbian player has the same problem all of a sudden?

ffs guys i play normal on Europe (ping is 43)... its same when i play cs1.6 my ping is 20 max...and ofc i called my provider and they told me that's everything is ok!! so where is the prob? how can we resolve? where are the support?

I am not from serbia, I do not know what the major operators on ISP are - did you try to contact yours? Let them check it...
people the first time when i called IPS, they said that everything is ok (and ping again +200), the next day i called them again, we talked deeper on the subject, and that man said he would tell admin, and the next day everything was as before. i suggest you call them 10 times if necessary until they fix that. its just impossible that is from server side.

Hi. Im from serbia also. I Notice that only ADSL in serbia users have this problem , i have it too .
The major ISP in serbian ADSL is Telekom , all other serbian providers (in adsl) are having contract with Telekom , and its the same net and it doesnt matter what provider we have.
So problem are Serbian (telekom) adsl or maybe Server?
So lets check my pings. I have 1024kbs down and 128kbs upload. (average net in serbia)

if i ping something in serbia , the ping will be <25ms.
But i will not boder anymore with cmd pings.
But u can notice that with this Average NET in serbia (ADSL) only 200+ is when we ping Server.Eurobattle.net.

I dont know is this problem is with serbian adsl , or server or something 3rd . The server is in Poland , maybe our internet relationship is not good
Can someone from poland do next pls :
Try ping in cmd [url]www.verat.net[/url] (and post results here) , Verat.net is good Serbian net provider , so we want to see pings from Poland to Serbia.
and b) Could someone give us a some adress , located in Poland (Like Verat.net in serbia) so we can test our ping to that adress, so we will be shure its not the Server problem.
I hope we will find the solution.

possible that up to adsl, everyone who complained about using adsl, btw i use a cable net.
