Problem with ex-clanmate

We have a clan and [SaW]Trilok was a former member, however he was constantly quiting games giving himself and also the clan a bad reputation, since we didnt want to be associaded with someone like that we kicked him but he is still using the account and quitting games on purpose just to screw the clans reputation and for that im requesting him to be banned.
