Bad manner from player

The host,owner first didn't use balance for beginning, and in game when i say Nice balance,he deserve ban for that he done,he told me that my mom is banned.For what reason did he told anything for my mom?So,if he doesn't get punished,i will learn from that that it is ok for me to say something for others moms...That happened somewhere between 30-33min.When they get into our base.
