Snazni kept talking bad about me and my teamplayers just because we are turks . And the Pederko created a noobgame just to raise stats i assume and he accuses us for being noob altough its a noob game . I know the rules and i know that they will be banned only for 3 days but i want that kind of idiots to banned forever

No you need either ss with his ping or replay (so we can see if it was played on some official league).
Its to proove that his nickname wasnt spoofed.
