u need replay if that happened ingame...if he flamed u with wisper then its ok,i guess, otherwise its invalid report.
i can't open the first picture...only the one with the ping. Post it on another site....like this one.

I am sorry but, - You will need to attach screenshot of the time when you were flamed, in case it is happening during the game, please upload the replay too.
