Email on use / Can't remember my old username

After a really long time I finally decided to enjoy WC3 again.
Unfortunetely I don't remember my username anymore (I also had to request a password change) and when I tried to create a new account using my email it said that my email is already being used.
How can I get back my username or change to a new one?
