just found out most of the community in TWRPG are here so tried to convert to EB, but seems my codes aren't working and i was told to email you.
I've got no clue what needs to be done, but hopefully i can get my char loaded soon :)

You don't need any codes. You just download the game (1.28) and run our installer. Just check instuctions on the website, it is all there.
He's probably talking about save codes in that ORPG and not the CD keys.
