Is it safelist? 'Only for pro players'? lul

I won`t explain alot, the main idea is simple:
We either should get more strict rules (actually, rules are strict enough, but people forgot to follow these),
either we stop calling it 'safelist', the place 'only for pro players'.

Yesterday's game level has successfully exceeded every damn bound, lol.
Ye, i could fail, same as everyone could (time of our games are late, all of us (maybe) are working and getting tired at this time, so fails are expectable),
but completely not knowing the required knowledge base to play here - this is something we should not tolerate.

Can you, guys, vouchers, anyone else start to work already, please

Same for players, - get better, this is 2018 (and as i remember myself, i was always getting surprised and writing 'holy shit, this is 2013 / 2014 / 2015 / 2016 / 2017 / 2018 year, guys!')

Ehm, so what's the difference between Safelist and pubs then? They can still play pubs
I`d rather wait for some good enough players, at at least ones who want to learn nowadays

Currently, here is fucking no difference between these 2 leagues.

I wanted to complain about this since forever but since I'm irrelevant no one would listen to me.

You ppl visit ss once a year and play a game once ever 2 years and you are telling us how to set things up.
You should be 10 trilion times more active in ss to speak about such things.

I'm talking about when I revived ss months ago like 3-4 I forgot, I could name all the mistakes some players did, these mistakes are mistakes you do in your first 100 games of dota, but these people have thousand of hours of games experience in dota and still do beginner mistakes, such as not knowing how to change aggro, not knowing how to control the lane creeps so they dont push on either side when they play carry and item building against certain match ups.

First of all ppl need to like you to "revive" ss as you believe you did but actualy you never did it and you never will. Even if you succeed to gather 1 or 2 games that do not mean you revived ss. Second one is if you want to play pro dota you need to leave this game and change it with dota2 because all ppl who left on dota 1 are ppl who trully enjoy in this game even its 20 years old and they do not care about holding creeps on the lane because that is for nerds and not enjoyable. If you think you can succeed in dota 1 nowadays as pro player you should kill yourself.

And what is the point of being active when i`m getting unvouched for no reason everytime noel sees me? I had to change acc and get vouch on it in order to play
