in bad manners sections, they do. And that goes double for league games :)
What more, this is not the first case of this guy abusing other players. He is banned from ODL for 14 days.
He is also noted for bad manners, so if he (or any of his accounts, as he has more) repeats this, he will get harsh punishment.
