Ok, here is a brief introduction into the changes, you can read here everything what is changed and added.
Changelog:

Change:
- Clear case ... - User will be "noted". ( If he was already " noted " before, user will have his account ladder banned. )
- Clear case for users with more then 350 games can be "noted" 2 times, without getting account ladder banned. When he is reported 3rd time, he will have his account permanently ladder banned.

- Clear case ... - User will have his account ladder banned permanently. Multiple abusive behaviour like this may result in baning an users IP(if he gets caught).
- Not a clear case, ... User account seems be ok with Hacks Moderator, user may not be ladder banned. (Depends of Moderator's decision. )
Leavers in RT(written in other hacks) (http://eurobattle.net/showthread.php?t=94179)
Change(new written rules):
- We all know it's lame to play 1v2, 2v3 etc. in RT, so since we have a new command(/ladderban), we implemented rules for this kind of behaviour.
Since now, every leaver in RT(without having any good reason to leave), will be banned according to the rules.
- Clear case - User will be noted first and second time. On 3rd report, user will have his accound ladder banned for 1 month!
Any further intentional leaving will result in permanent ladder ban.
- User who creates multiple acc's just to ruin games with intentional leaving(if we discover one like that), will be locked and will have his IP banned for a period of time(Depends on moderator's decision).

- Clear case - User account will be permanently ladder banned. If he is caught to be doing it again(on other acc's), he will have his all acc's locked and IP banned for 6 months. On 3rd time he will be permanently IP banned.

One more thing. Every user that has a banned account(for above named reasons), can request that his account lock changes to status of ladder banned(retrieve his acc), but ofc. he will be only able to play CG. You can also ask for an IP unban(only if user isn't banned from being reported multiple times).
