Check if you have opened the ports, also add the 6112-6119 ports at your FW exceptions.

You should firewall off...if u didn't then do that..

You dont need put your firewall off, just open ports in firewall like you open in router, and check if firewall is accepting incoming connections

as said above, if others cannot join the game, it is most possibly ports blocked - either they are not forwarded, or a Firewall is blocking them.

Btw., can you host without ghost?
