ghost one - Big ping

Hi, :stupid: I have problem with Ghost one 1.6.262

I have Ghost on my computer where im playing W3 and problem is
spiking big ping, before i had no problem i had 0ms and now im happy
when i have 50ms :( and its spiking like 200 - 250 ms up and i dont know
what to do with it... I thought its because of my processor but i have 3ghz...
and when im runing all the things i have only 5 - 10 % working...


Ill be happy for all kind of advice :D

hejbe se to kolem 20 - 30 kdyz hraju :D todle jsem taky zkousel :D
