How can i create a new clan?

I have tried before in the past but dont know exactly how, so i'm asking now :)

How can i create an in-game clan in eurobattle?

if you are not a member of clan, just click the clan tab on the right side while in a channel, click on "create new clan", invite at least 9 other people from the channel you are on, choose a name and a tag for it and create.
