My account has been locked

What does this mean my account is locked and what should i do to un-lock it.
This mean some admin locked it..plz help :banned!:?

first of all, you need to post in the proper thread - which in case you are banned/locked would be the unban requests.
I have moved your thread now.

Secondly, you need to tell us what is the name of the account on server, because there is no such account as "madar_fakar" (which is a very original and funny nickname).
