i don't rly understand this stuff, but as i heard from teacher and my friends, you write your router's IP into browser and there you have settings (like password, username etc) so not everyone can use your internet
i have adsl tho and am noob at this, it's just what i heard, try it mby it works :)

You want facebook condom? Stop joining groups like "FIND OUT WHO VIEWED YOUR PROFILE" "FIND OUT FRIENDS PASSWORD" and etc,
those are scams who make you log on their site (as they say application) redirect you to real facebook (but saves your pw and mail into notepad) and doesn't work ofc.

Wait, wait... Why would anyone hack you? Oo

Yea it's stupid but 95% of the "hackers" hack just to ruin something and not get ANYTHING out of it. Just to be an ass so that's the reason I mean why would someone want your facebook, why would someone want your msn ?? To shove it up his ass ? No... just to be an ass.

lol...

Don't click on commercials, install some new AV/IS... I recommend you KIS 2010 or sth like that.

Delete Garena, delete programs like XFire(if you have those, and similar to these), don't install too much cr4p on your PC, and don't click on links which people send while they are offline.

Also, install Anti Malware and scan your PC, and keep it installed.

Tor (http://www.torproject.org/) will protect you by hiding your IP, mostly from bad cookies and net attacks.

But since you (downloaded?) the virus/malware or whatever, only a good AV and anti-malware programs can save you. A good AV should detect malicious code being executed or, if you executed by yourself, it should ask you whether you allow it or not. If it didn't, you have bad AV. I suggest you check a bit in programming section where I posted AV-comparatives results and pick one of the top.

You might also increase the AV security settings (and firewall) and scan for viruses more often, thus including anti-malware scan with some anti-malware program more often too.

" fuction cyz secret question got changed and secondary email changed to the MSN email ...

I dunno but i can't send PM's ...forum got bugged.
Anyway just type in google DOWNLOAD COMBOFIX,click it twice and let him do the rest....just turn off every other program that is active and if he finds bunch of lil fuckers he'll restart pc by himself.... and try with MALWAREBYTES' ANTI-MALWARE...also type in google to dl ofc.
Combofix solves,gl!

well, let me start by saying that if your computer is already infected, this makes the cleaning process very hard.

Simply installing some AV / antimalware software and running a scan will not help probably. You need to run a scan from some external source. Some software offers to make a bootable disc that you can use to boot from and scan your computer while your OS is "offline".
Hijackthis is also a good option. If you cannot get any such "external" scan, at least try to scan in safemode. Reinstall windows, pay attention to re-creating system files.

Oh, and change all your passwords, I would start with that :D Btw., if you log in from various internet cafe's, try at least to clean the history/cookies.

Hijackthis found NOTHING , primes method fixed very little
changing my passwords = them getting changed later
so im taking my PC to a repair shop for format on C and scan on every drive i got ( internal and external ) ... i need precaution measures AFTER format .. i dont wanna go every month for a free format , its waste of time
why heal something when u can protect from it =)

All this does not mean that your PC (or your PC only) is infected. Just as it might be something not running on your PC, but e.g. a part of your browser. And best of all, you might not be "hacked" at all, and it is only a problem with facebook/MSN/LiveID

what do you mean ??
since when can browsers change your password , your alternative email , your secret question ... ?
its still going to get formated

no the browser, but you might have something in your browser that leaks the information.

And no amount of security can prevent you from installing something harmful...

i remember one time (actually it was 2 months ago) i formated my C and installed Windows and when i was seting up my Internet Explorer i caught a downloader worm (whose purpose is to take away he internet bandwidh and send information over the internet), it was so lol... the worm sucked 256kb/s of my internet connection (rofl just hours from reinstalling the Windows), and my peeng was 178, my standart is 50, and I couldn't play Tom and Jerry without lag, and they kikedd me, and I was mad, cuz Xpam is my life.

So I reinstalled XP again, 2x in 3 hours. Imba no?

Changing your passwords from your infected PC is not that bright ...

1. Don't take your pc to repair shop because you'll have to pay for it (unless you have "connections"). Just re-install windows and it can format everything by itself.

2. Before doing it, I would use another AV and anti-spyware program, because none is 100% accurate. You can't lose anything but spare few hours of formatting.

2.1 Update eset and make a full scan.
2.2 Get yourself Spybot-Search and Destroy (one of the best anti-spyware) http://www.safer-networking.org/en/home/index.html
2.3 If still nothing, get this http://www.superantispyware.com/

If 2.1 already done, skip to 2.2, 2.3 is optional.

Good luck. Btw, you might close the connection while searching, also cleaning the browser's cookies and everything else would be good idea, else you could just get it back apon connecting.

Look, you probably got some trojan that is used by hacker and is changing your passwords for his purposes or any such kind of virus.
Usually it can be repaired with combofix or malwarebytes AV in safemode but sometimes it can't...
I just had a problem with virus...big one.
Few weeks ago a friend gave me link to a youtube video which redirected me to site with virus and i got it on pc.
Fuck i hope i'll never get that fucker again...
I had 2 days fighting and i couldn't get rid off him and he kept downloading new ones and one morning when i woke up and turned on pc i couldn't ....some fatal error or shit, jesus i was pissed cuz i knew i will have to formal and instal windows and lost everything ...and my 9gb of music :/
But i also knew it will repair this shit and it did.
Just formatt and instal windows,if you ain't got one on cd then try to borrow from your friend or smth.Don't go to shop,my friend payed 150 euros for reinstalling windows rofl.
And i learned that AV's are useless piece of shits. So yes you need precaution measures and be more careful when visiting sites and browsing...virus' are everywhere now.Just be more cautious and you won't need active AV to take off your memory from processes,i just use malwarebytes and i scan if i think i got something but as i said fuck AV's and be more careful.
Oh if you can try to save as many things as you can (those that you really need) on usb or floppy so you won't lose them when formatting.
P.S. if combofix and malwarebytes didn't help i doubt spybot search&destroy, eset and superantispyware will...i already used them and they suck hard :) well...Avast is not bad but i suggest you to format.

hmm, I got worried about my saftey because of this thread, and when I was about to scan with my AV, I magically found out I had it disabled for 2 months, I don't even remember why x]

spybot found shitload of stuff, it also has immunize option, that blocks specific cookies and websites

AND

How could I forgot.

Check your latest windows restore point, and if you're lucky, it's not too old (and hopefully not too new!) and you will easily step back in times when there was no virus. Voila?

thank you for all your suggestions
i got my pc back from the repair shop ( cen , dont worry i got "connections" with 1/4 of the town :D )

i got eset , fully updated and with all options ON
im thinking about getting spybot cyz i read a lot of people say its good ... it wont interfear with ESET right ?
now i must begin the PAINFULL and SLOW process ... password recovery -.- just found out that yahoo password is changed , so now i decided to put different passwords for everything and write them down on PAPER and stick it on my speaker =)
about restore points ... its the first thing i check , but its off ( by default ) so .. no help there

is there a way for any program to make a restore point each day or two or i have to do it manually ?

callboy? j/k

Anyhow, Spybot works just fine with ESET, I have them both up and running. I also have a few others (malware bites are great as well), that I run from time to time, but these two are permanent and resident.

in real life if you are a big nerd, it doesn't means that you have a big d1ck. on the internet we can say its different :D
and what you are looking for is pu55y protection
sorry for harash language

I feel same like you, I hate hackers, not all of them (some are useful in certain ways) but most those that hack mmorpg's other people's accounts etc. Vile scum of the earth, they deserve lifetime ban regarding access to electronic devices. I even remember a group from Turkey that hacked eurobnet (this server).
