Server update to 1.24

I may be blind, but what are those changes that were promised with the server update to 1.24? Everything is the same. Further more, the "news" text that comes up after we login on the server is ancient, about the 1.21 patch or something. If I remember correctly, someone said there will be lots of "surprises" after updating to this patch. I'm just curious, I really don't care about it, as long as it works. :)

That's all, and do you think he didn't have changes? Only the new icons op, for desktop and the new logo are already a lot of changes.

All the promised things are done and working. Also, we're preparing a new dota league which will have 12 new server dota icons as reward for top players! Stay tuned, coming soon ;)
