When it happens that we need a moderator in a forum place, there will be an announcement about it. We do not promote people because they simply wish so. It happens when we lack crew members, and when we have appropriate candidates to promote.
What i can advice you is to be more active and involve yourself in this forum a bit more, what will rise your chances to be picked when the time comes.

Extasy i asked some admins about it and they didnt tell me for announcement.Im always on forum btw.And to be moderator need to be usually on that section ,speak with other mods about it ,help ppl.You can let me try and if i sux ,demote.
