Ghost One: permanently turn off refresh?

Hi,
When I make a game, the game lobby will be spammed with the bots saying: 'Game Refreshed...' every 2 seconds or so. I know you can turn this off by typing !refresh off, but the next game it will start spamming it again.
Is there a way to permanently stop the automatic 'Game Refreshed...'?

You have ghost.cfg open it with worpad and turnoff refresh msg

I thought every option in the ghost.cfg was also in the program, guess I was wrong.
