Password change and recovery sites broken

Hello!

I am in a desperate need to change my password on a few accounts and whilest trying I encountered this:


404 Not Found
The resource requested could not be found on this server!

Even waited for a few days to see if its gone and searched the forum but nothing came up even remotely usefull. Also Password Recovery isn't working. Links:
