I make thread to see ss from his side and the timing of this ss.
I hope the ss is made when i tell him first time,because he may turn off map hack if he make the ss when I tell him last time .
I know that the chance to be with map hack is little but anyway i decided to report him.

When we use /finger on your account we can see Country: RUS.
Guess what happens when we /finger Depressed ?!
For me, NooBSTAR = Depressed.
Both RUS, both undead..

And if he doesn't know about hacks section, it's his own problem.
When he start laddering here he should know about our rules, if the ss was asked he must take ss and upload it here.

Even i cant download it it is some bug.But Noobstar says that he saw the replay ,how it can happens can u explain me !??!?
