In a 2x2 rt game, how can I know who's HOST ?

no, when you are loading the game, you have players

3
4

player 1 is host, if he cant host (you know for sure) then host is number 2 etc.

and color doesnt mean anything ?If player 3 red, he's host? Or doesnt the color mean something?

The order is as Goldy said. In any map with any colors, you have a list of players:

2
3
4
.
.
vs
.
.
9
10

Host will be 1, if he cant host, then it will be transfered to 2 and so on. If no one can host, then game will be canceled.

If you want to host, you should open port 6112 as Taz. said.

Router is a box connected yo your pc allowing more computers (if you have them) to connect to modem/internet. If you dont have router, then you should open this port in modem.
