as i mentioned on other thread some guys sweared me on a Dota Eu noobs only game host name Teofan " **** ur mothers dead" and then he banned me

They don't judge custom games. And since this is game hosted on his bot, there is nothing wrong in this disconnect and ban because you are banned only on his bot, nowhere else.

He cant be banned for banning you however he can be banned for flame and heavy swears... however replay is needed.
