I cant see friend´s whisper when i am playing

I cant see friend´s whisper when i am playing, they see me offline and they can t whisp me.
Every time that i leave/finish a game i go out from bnet and i need join it again.
How i can fix my problem?And don t say create other account ....

well, probably this happen because that you drop of server (ingame), but the game still.

Well, go in your firewall and add the war3.exe and see if this solve your problem.

If don't solve, go start > run > cmd write ping server.eurobattle.net

on the list i only has w3l and w3l.exe i added w3l but i cant add w3l.exe it seams that firewall cant add it.

hi, 2 possible answers;

1. corrupted war3.mpq file, solution = reinstall w3 (not copy paste, clan instal, setup and all)
2. you got either viruses either malware that eat your bandwidth, thus your logon is either disabled or eventually successful but with hard lag cuz malware is sending information thru upload. solution = reinstall windows
