Youtube getting hight on copyright or sth?

try log off and search for the video with same name
i have encountered only 1 video with this copyright and what i just wrote worked perfectly :)

Usually the copyright laws differ from country to country and also the uploader can set what kind of countries can view the video. As i heard, for example in Britain u can barely watch any videos cause of the copyright laws.
