lavoks, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

i see this when i try write something i other section off forum . can someone help me ?

You need confirm your account (forum). You need to go in his email for this.
