Canť join Battle.net (I know its online)

SO, arogant main admin closed my THREAD, where we try to attempt solve THIS connection problem! Not solve OFFLINE server, thats difference, admin.
So whats problem in? And dont tell me server is ON, I know it. but something wrong, because we cant join battle.net- Is IP change or what? Try for answer.

You can't connect due to lag, that's all...Server's IP ain't changed.
