ping problem

After playing dota for 10-15 min, my ping goes up to about 800ms, got banned a lot because of this. But problem is WHY????????? and it stays high till I restart my router. It happens only when I connect to play dota........ pls help anyone,someone
it seems like someone is connecting to my router or something...

1. scan for viruses
2. check security settings of router
