Installer problem

I have a problem with the installer given here.

Downloaded xpam.rar form several servers( rapidshare,easy-share... ) and when I try to install it my antivirus( updated NOD32 ) tells me that it's some kind of a trojan virus and doesn't even get to the installation...

Can anyone help?
