Xpam has virus??!

I downloaded xpam then i extracted it.
When i was starting it ESET NOD32 3.0.566.0 found virus when i opened Xpam.exe "TrojanClicker.NAC virus" Object: Temp\_ir_sf_temp\irsetup.exe pls Help me :smile3:

It was answered already, false positive, disable antivirus, install, enable antivirus.
