The Winner of the first XPAM Map Making Tournament is.....
Road To Berlin by klemen (cen)

An eight player map, with good and easy to understand purposes. Pleasant game play and very good balance.
You can play as both opposing forces Russian and German.
The main idea of the game is to build a strong enough army to destroy the opponents using, vehicles and infantry, there are a few places which you and your allies can hold on, and must defend them if you expect to use them.
There are places to Call on for an air support which is as good for scouting purposes as it is good for offending your enemies bases and armies.
There are also medical centres which can supply medical assistance for your or allied forces.
As primary resources you use Iron that you gather from iron mines and cash which the only way to get is to trade 50 iron for 50 cash from your bank. Yes it is realistic! The bank itself can be upgraded, on which actually depend the technologies you can use tanks/infantries.
You can create cannons and bunkers all helpful buildings and factories for you.
As an overall the game pretty much depends on the strategy that you and your team use.
As an overall the map is really good and im sure many of you would love it. Don't think that im saying the truth?
