Anyone can give reputation ofcourse, but it should be taken more like something funny not smth very serious. You can click on that 'balance' or w/e between warning sign and post number, and approve (add reputation) or disapprove (take reputation) on that particular post of one particular user. The amount which you give/take is influenced by how much reputation you have. Also after to add/take rep from one user you must spread some reputation to others before giving/taking again from that user, some kind of measure to prevent abusing it

Today after initiating instead of dl-ing data files this error has shown: you may be trying to connect to invalid battle.net server. I definitely agree, feeding the already fat and rich scums of Blizzard by paying another 2 games is total crap. But on the other side, it allows the game to live longer, receive extra interest, get updates, patches, become a stronger community.

On the other side, I've quit playing WoW for the reasons above. I decided to step in and say 'no' to feeding them 13 euros each month, and buying the 4th game, Cataclysm. I've already achieved everything there was possible in Wrath of the Lich King, cleared all content, gained all the achievements and had the best gear possible, in less than 2 years. And I knew that if I continued playing, it would've been the same at the end of 2012, when the 5th game would come out. And to find out what? That I've spent over 400 euros and lost thousands of hours of my life, for nothing.

I understand your frustration regarding SC2, but well, there's always time to play it casually and have fun, as I do.
