banned due to PC shutdown

Dear admins,

My friend Mr.Charisma has dropped from the game in the picking process. This resulted in a ban and he is not able to join games now. Could you please remove his ban? I believe this is a justified request because he didn't do anything intentionally. Many thanks in advance! <3

You have to Post a Request in Lagabuse Unban section, since the game was played there.
