Feature - Easier map upload

From now on you can upload maps for lagabuse and ss directly from epicwar without having to post on forums. It's a simple form: http://warden.eurobattle.net/maps/upload :tiphat:

Links were also added to lagabuse top menu.

Maps with no play time in a few months will be deleted to keep the disk space in check.
