Turn on debug and post gproxy logs.

Don't know how to turn debugon but the log is basically this:

In Gproxy tab tick "Debugging". In the same tab you have "Copy GProxy log to clipboard" after you get the error.

I am guessing your W3 takes more than 20 econds to start.

Looks like your w3 takes more than 25 seconds to start. Try this https://drive.google.com/file/d/10wzdkz6n2ppfBK--p3B70rCD6SLrN7lk/view?usp=sharing replace existing gproxy.exe with this one and see if it works.

How long does it take from clicking on the launcher to w3 opening up?

could you please help through skype or something that didn't fix :/ also, the gproxy launch doesnt launch the game at all.
