Unban Request - flisk

Hello. I have been banned with a comment "Multi account of IP ban". Reason being "Map Hacker". It happened in March 2013. while I've been inactive for around a year.
Possible misunderstanding might have occurred because of an internet café that has been banned several times in the past from which I've logged into many times.
Other explanation could be that this account got deleted due to inactivity and someone else claimed it and had done a misdeed, in which case I kindly request to regain ownership of the account if possible,
or point me to the right section/board for such a request.
I of course never used any cheats on official channels.

The account seems to be out of my possession. Activation is required and none of my old passwords work.
On top of that, I registered a new account on the email which was bound to the account in question ( flisk ).
It had sentimental value. I understand if nothing can be done to regain it.

Check this topic and post there info about your problem. Note that account were deleted from active list of accounts so you are creating completely new account with the same name and previous history and I'm not sure if you can use exactly the same email like before (maybe the reason why you failed to create it, but wait for administrator to see your situation, post in that topic all necessary info.). Also it might be possible that email provider is banned on server, so you have to use some official email instead of dispostable, but I can't confirm this atm.
