provlem not connect to eurobattle

well i have a big problem cant connect to eurobattle show me this error :

also i not update to 1.28 patch because its not manual and i dont know too how update to this patch...
anyone know how could fix this problem please and also update to patch 1.28 my wc3 ??

Try to reinstall everything and stay at 1.27b
