Connections lost

Hello, i have cyber club and before the new patch 1.26b and V7 all computers were ok, now when i installed new patch 1.26b and v7 many of computers work and a lot of them dont :(, it says "your connection to battlenet has been lost"
Please help!!

Accounts where it works and where doesn't?

Works on computers with w7 and identical configurations, doesnt work on many others with w7 and w8 with different configurations.
