Strange LAG rising making late game unplayable - Help?

As title says im experiencing some sort of strange lag. In the begining is almost no delay. After few minutes of play - i play Legion TD btw - then build/send/move commands take more and more to complete. Late game ik takes more then countdown secs... any ideea what can caouse such thing?
I do have decent rig and connection. Same PC and Connection for years now.
