Server updated to 1.27a, installation instructions here

Server was moved to W3 1.27a and new installer is now available.

Installation instructions:

1. Install Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 x86 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784 (choose vcredist_x86.exe)

2. Patch your W3 to 1.27a either with:
-connect to official blizzard server
-manual patch http://ftp.blizzard.com/pub/war3x/patches/pc/War3TFT_127a_English.exe
-use version switcher http://www.dota-utilities.com/2016/03/warcraft3-tft-1.27a-patch-version-switcher.html (probably the easiest way)

3. Install Visual C++ Redistributable 2015 x86 http://warden.eurobattle.net/downloads/file/20 if you are on XP sp3, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8 or Windows 10.

If you are on XP pre-SP3 or Windows 7 pre-SP1 you will have to put UCRT libraries in the same folder as installer/client to be able to run them. http://warden.eurobattle.net/downloads/file/23

3. Installer http://warden.eurobattle.net/downloads/file/22


Automatic update through client will not be added at this point because people would start getting errors due to missing visual c++ libraries.

Atualize seu W3 para a versão 1.27 através dessa três dessas formas:
Caso tenha o CD-Key original, conecte-se pelo servidor oficial da Blizzard e ele atualizará automaticamente para logar na Azeroth ou Northrend.
Baixe o patch oficial (http://ftp.blizzard.com/pub/war3x/patches/pc/War3TFT_127a_English.exe), coloque-o dentro da pasta e instale manualmente.
Use o version switcher (http://www.dota-utilities.com/2016/03/warcraft3-tft-1.27a-patch-version-switcher.html) (provavelmente o método mais fácil).

-w3 1.27a needs 2012
-our installer/client needs 2015

Please explain what you did so maybe it helps someone else.

In general, vs c++ 2015 should work normally on all mentioned (updated) operating systems, if there is a specific error you get try to google it first. Chance is, someone else already had a problem with it unrelated to our server.

XP SP2 works but you need to manually unpack CRT libs in the same folder as installer and later client. Last link in step 3.

When i try to start wc3 via icon to go regular bnet i get same error + cd rom drive error i updated first time via regular bnet few days ago, downloaded all visual components, i solved all errors but entry point error still remains. Reverted back to 1.26a so i can play game on xpam now u guys updated and my pc refuse to work with Xp SP3 for some reason. Google says its the only way of fixing this updating to SP3 and when i do pc just reboot...
Seems like rgc is still on 1.26a so i will have to play there...
I reset path manual and now i dont get error but wc3 still not starting here log

Ok,so you gotta :
1. Install Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 x86
2. Patch it to 1.27a
3. Install Visual C++ Redistributable 2015 x86(in case you get an error about windows activation,activate your windows using windows loader)
4. Download installer ( http://warden.eurobattle.net/downloads/file/22 ) and missing dlls (http://warden.eurobattle.net/downloads/file/23)
5 .Unzip installer and copy dlls in the installer folder.then run installer.
6. After you finished installing,you copy again the dlls in eurobattle.net installation folder.

If you can't start the game via w3l.exe then something is not properly installed or patched.

Server was moved to W3 1.27a and new installer is now available.

Installation instructions:

1. Install Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 x86 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784 (choose vcredist_x86.exe)

2. Patch your W3 to 1.27a either with:
-connect to official blizzard server
-manual patch http://ftp.blizzard.com/pub/war3x/patches/pc/War3TFT_127a_English.exe
-use version switcher http://www.dota-utilities.com/2016/03/warcraft3-tft-1.27a-patch-version-switcher.html (probably the easiest way)

3. Install Visual C++ Redistributable 2015 x86 http://warden.eurobattle.net/downloads/file/20 if you are on XP sp3, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8 or Windows 10.

If you are on XP pre-SP3 or Windows 7 pre-SP1 you will have to put UCRT libraries in the same folder as installer/client to be able to run them. http://warden.eurobattle.net/downloads/file/23

3. Installer http://warden.eurobattle.net/downloads/file/22


Automatic update through client will not be added at this point because people would start getting errors due to missing visual c++ libraries.

Hello..., I have a problem with gproxy I guess. When I try to connect to eurobattle with gproxy I get disconnected from eubattle to the w3 main window. There were no problems with previous version of it (windows 10, w3 1.26a) and now after server update there is... I can easy get in using normal gateway. Here is log:

Done already didnt help. Once again I HAVE NEVER EVEN TRY ANY MH software... I have fresh OS (win 10), installed 2day and fresh installation of W3. Followed all steps mentioned in ur guide....

You seem to be still using old loader (w3l). Which means installer failed to install the new one.

Finaly i fixed my problem by replacing kernell32.dll with SFR tool now all works fine i can even run regular battlenet. If others with windows xp SP2 get same error like me ( entry point not found) pm me for tool link.

Yeah, was this really worth it? Nothing new with this patch and yet so many problems, especially non-native english speakers will have a lot of trouble with this and many will probably choose to leave.

Copy those dll files to this directory C:\Windows\System32 and keep the old dlls in this folder don't delete them

Hi, when installing the new eurobattle installer, Bitdefender finds a virus and blocks the installation.

It says qt_temp.Hp2400 is infected with Gen:Trojan.Heur.JP.gy0@am3Qlrkk.

Hi, when installing the new eurobattle installer, Bitdefender finds a virus and blocks the installation.

It says qt_temp.Hp2400 is infected with Gen:Trojan.Heur.JP.gy0@am3Qlrkk.

So, did any of you guys get this ? I've tried making w3 folder to not be read only, it didn't worked. This is the complete log from the installation:

This error is because you're using a third party program that breaks with the 1.27 patch, such as anti-maphack software. Delete said programs and try again.

Edit: As far as I know, all "Exception: 0xC0000005" fatal errors are caused from fog click detector/anti-maphack files because they always break on patch updates.

Okay i have a problem which i don't know how to solve ( i don't know if this is the actual problem or i'm just having it but ). So the other day when then 1.27 patch didn't got out my Eurobattle.net was working fine, i used to host with ENT Gaming and it was perfect. Now that 1.27 got out i couldn't even play on eurobattle.net because i had 1.26 patch ( luckly i've fixed this now it works ). But i can't host my game. I mean i can host ( i host via ENT Gaming ) but i can't see my bot. Please help whenever i go into battle.net i only see Legion TD and few other games but nothing else, i can't see my bot or other peoples games. Please Help !

By the way, if you kept your PC updated (by windows updates), you don't need to install any of the visual c++ stuff. Just grab the 1.27 and an installer for eurobattle and you're good to go.
Why am I saying this well, if you kept your PC up to date,u probably wont be able to install vcredist 2013 cause you already have 2015, so that might confuse someone.

Your game is corrupted due to virus, you have to Re-install the game, if it didn't work get the game from another source

Google says that this has something to do with visual c++ not being installed correctly. I'd try to uninstall all of c++ redistributable packages, then install 2013 and 2015 x86 versions again.

Actually git version was already created with proper modifications, but it assumes that ASLR is disabled in wine. There is a debug version of loader in that thread, but it only could help to understand what is going on. For linux I could assume few workarounds:
1. Disable ASLR in wine somehow with options
2. Ask wine developers to disable ASLR for war3.exe (like in ticket above)
3. Use patched war3.exe
4. Find a way to get executable base address in wine with ASLR enabled and update loader with it

I've got a similar installing error like some other people be4 me had with the installer v6. Pls note that i followed the steps from the 1st post and also tried to fix the problem(allowing the program to run without interference of my firewall or/and antivirus, ...) but it kind of took me to a dead end. So if u know any other reason why it doesnt work it would rly help me

Found the answer(i overlooked a topic). THX to the person who posted it. It was the running windows in safe mode, afterwards installing the client and then going to normal mode again. Idk why, but it worked.
