So,i tried to reason with them both,i banned them for like 20 min,then asked them to stop behaving like kids.
Fika started to spam me ''omg retard'',and he makes this stupid posts.
He said on allied chat before dk was afk ''i leave this shit",and hermesqq-- saying i dont wanna play with fika nerub
I paused game to try to reason with them then fika replied ''unpause game,or i leave''.And he did 20-30 sec later

So according to these 2 rules:
5) Intentional game ruining - 7 day channel ban
6) Intentional leaving -7 day channel ban
Fika banned 24h for leave.
Hermesqq-- banned 24h for intentional game ruing,refusing to play.
