position : I attemted to take aegis at 37th minute. Reached there by using lothar, so if Tauren had wards there I wouldn't be detected. When Roshan's hp was low, invoker used ss and they came through me faster. That's why I want him to be checked if he is clear or not. I desire any of hackers to be ip banned whenever you detect.

Kind of strange situation but he sunstriked after he revived and spell was off cooldown, and everybody knew you got lothar.
Take a look at his items for a moment, what do you see? i see a fast hex and veil of discord...rarely seen on invoker.
U know what that proves? Yeah...he's pro player, even if he's got new account.

Sorry dude, i won't ban him for one little weird situation.
Case closed. He's clean.
